Prior experience in traditional film or media production is valuable, as it provides a foundation in filmmaking principles and workflows. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Awareness of industry trends and innovations in virtual production. Ability to work with diverse teams and foster collaboration. Strong project management skills to coordinate and manage virtual production projects from conception to completion. Ability to plan, organize, and oversee the production process efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team of artists, programmers, designers, and other professionals involved in virtual production.
