Housekeeping Supervisor (Hotel)

Job Detail

a) Ensure public areas are maintained in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines b) Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are cleaned and maintained c) Take charge of assigned areas and ensure housekeeping services are in line with the established standards d) Conduct random checks on service areas e) Ensure trolleys are replenished and properly parked at designated areas f) Ensure work orders and requests are carried out promptly and efficiently g) Investigate and follow up on feedback regarding housekeeping services h) Undertake any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
