• Able to manage large scale Application development projects (mainly Java based) in Agile Scrum methodology. • Translate application requirements and use cases into functional applications. • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. • Monitor and effectively manage any subcontractor that has been selected in the discharge of their duties to meet the requirements established. All matters that require interface between the subcontractor(s) shall be coordinated by The Supplier's Project Manager to ensure harmony in the relationship among all parties concerned and to establish a common understanding of Customer’s requirements. • Ensure that activities carried out for the System shall be properly managed and coordinated by the team, causing no disruption to the business operations. • Multiple project teams managing various scopes of works are expected to work concurrently. The Project Manager shall ensure that the works from the various teams are aligned and able to integrate when pieced together. • Maintain the Maintenance and Support Plan to keep it relevant and up to date. • Lead, supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and to ensure specified deliverable milestones and service levels are met. • Ensure that activities carried out for the system shall be properly managed and coordinated by the team, causing no disruption to business operations. • Prepare monthly progress and status reports, supplementary documentation, and if applicable, performance/fault analysis report required by the Customer. • Maintain records of all development and maintenance activities including proper accounting and administrative records of all services performed during the contractual period.
