Responsibilities: • Portfolio / Program Planning and Strategy: Program management is to manage multiple projects - develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy, outlining the scope, timeline, and resource requirements for each project. Achieve desired project P&L for the entire portfolio in alignment with the company objectives. • Project Management: Manage and oversee the execution of multiple delivery/implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage project P&L. Identify project dependencies and risks, and develop mitigation plans to address potential roadblocks. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate project progress regularly. Engage with clients, business leaders, and other departments to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Take on responsibility of escalation point for customers. • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure effective project delivery. Work with project managers / project leaders to assign tasks, set priorities, and maintain a balanced workload across the program. • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues within the program and implement risk management strategies to minimize their impact. Foster a culture of risk awareness and encourage open communication regarding project challenges. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects adhere to the organization's quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing updates on program progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other program-related documents.
