Analyze sales performance and propose strategies for improvement. Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits. Provide input into the budgeting process based on market insights. Lead and mentor junior members of the sales team. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4 years experience and above. Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate accounts. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
