Procurement Executive

Job Detail

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects, operations, including drilling, production, maintenance, and engineering projects. Liaise with internal teams (engineering, projects, operations) to understand procurement needs and specifications. Evaluate supplier capabilities and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of bids. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records. Track and expedite orders to meet project timelines and minimize downtime. Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation related to the supply chain. Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management review. Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
