-Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost-plus, and adjustable items as per claim requirements. -Analyzes, quantifies, and prepares materials, quantity of work scope, and records into a database for managing material and cost. -Monitors changes to design and construction work, measures, and values work done. -Manages the full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claims, and measurement/bill of quantities. -Prepares tender documents, bid checklists, secures bids, and prepares bid evaluations and summaries. -Performs cost control, cost analysis, and reporting.
-Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering disciplines -Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience preferably in the marine, offshore or renewable energy sectors -Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage -Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
