As a Planner, Project (Contract 1 Year), you will: Responsible for Project Planning administrative roles where the major responsibilities are providing timely and accurate support to raising and tracking ePurchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders. Support product costing and logistics support. The key responsibilities are as below: - Coordinate and work closely with R&D and NPI team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Raise and track ePurchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders. - Manage receiving and delivery of parts. - Knowledge of Delivery Orders, Shipping Documents, Invoices and etc. - Provide material and logistic planning and support to the R&D during development phase. - Assist in tracking product costing. - Assist Program Manager in tracking RFQs, cost and quotations of builds. - Generate reports and analytics. - Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager.

Job Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma in Business or Engineering and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. - Knowledge of project planning is an advantage. - Self-motivated and meticulous team player. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive, and team-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexible and adaptable to change as required.
