As an Engineer, Facility, you will: Responsible in carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to Facilities Management (FM). The key responsibilities are as below: - Conduct daily building walkabouts to identify maintenance and safety gaps. - Assist in preparing and following up on the Master Maintenance Schedule to ensure timely, high-quality work from vendors. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors for efficient project completion and issue resolution. - Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs), gather quotations, and create justification summaries for management approval. Raise purchase requests, manage budgets for facility and security operations, monitor expenditures, and pursue cost-effective solutions. - Create site-related SOPs and guides for training technical personnel, and develop and enforce security policies and procedures. - Conduct toolbox and safety briefings with vendors before starting work to ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and support sustainability and ESG initiatives. Implement and oversee security measures to protect company assets, employees, and visitors. Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and respond to incidents, including investigations and reporting. - Ensure proper inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records for all facility and security operations, and prepare reports on facility performance, security incidents, and budget updates. - Work closely with internal departments to support their facility and security needs, aligning with HQ Facilities Management approaches. - Support additional venture sites with Facilities Management (FM) as a secondary backup. - Perform any other facilities management duties as assigned by the company.
