As an Engineer, R&D (Firmware), you will: Responsible for design and development of MCU firmware for innovative products used in industrial and consumer markets, from invention to production. The key responsibilities are as below: - Design and develop firmware for innovative industrial and consumer products. - Coding and debugging MCU based firmware including bootloader, device drivers and applications. - Generate and maintain design and test documentation. -Support development and verification of the software design as per the Software Life Cycle process. - To assist Electrical and Mechanical teams in providing special Firmware for various Engineering Verification Testing activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent - At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome! - Experience in firmware development tools and environment will be an added advantage. - Familiar with C/C++ programming language. - Knowledge of embedded RTOS. - Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. - Meticulous team player with good analytical and leadership skills.
