• Develop new manufacturing processes for new SMT/BackEnd products, NPI. • Develop standard operating procedures and processes for manufacturing of SMT/BackEnd products and NPI. • Conduct design for manufacturing studies and liaise with the customers to improve product designs to reduce cost and improve productivity. • Conduct studies to improve and develop process capabilities. • Study and recommend manufacturing equipment to produce electronics products with high level of efficiency and quality. • Develop new processes for better quality and output. • Supervise Engineering Assistants for machine programming and develop process instructions. • Resolve Process Engineering related issues on the production line. • Lead a group of Supervisors and technicians to achieve quality improvements. • Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent preferred, with at least 2-3 years SMT/Backend process experience in a highly competitive PCBA environment. • Knowledge of Fuji SMT equipment, Robotic Soldering machine, Router machine is an added advantage. • Posses high level of intergrity, initiative, drive and sense of urgency. • Must be analytical and strong in trouble-shooting skills. • Excellent in written and verbal communications.
