Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis Collaborate with SEP Manager, SEP Instructors, and project stakeholders to understand learning objectives and gather content. Perform training needs analysis to ensure the learning objectives are met. Courseware Design and Development Digitize SEP and DG training materials (e.g. PDF, PowerPoint Slides, etc.) to e-learning courses/modules by using industrial standard e-learning authoring tools. Understand the subject matter and work closely with project stakeholders to create storyboards and scripts. Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses/modules, including quizzes, infographic and interactive activities to enhance learning experience. Multimedia Design Create, shoot, design and integrate multimedia elements such as animations, videos, photos/graphics, and audio into e-learning courses/modules. Ensure all multimedia content is of high quality and supports the learning objectives Quality Assurance Gather feedback from project stakeholders and make necessary revisions to ensure content accuracy and quality. Conduct thorough reviews and testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and the compatibility of e-learning courses/modules to Company’s LMS. LMS Administration Upload and manage e-learning courses/modules within Company’s LMS. Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and response to learners’ feedback and comments promptly and appropriately. Keep digitalized materials current and accessible for flight crew and cabin crew on Company’s LMS. - Support in the enrolling and tracking of learner progress on relevant LMS courses, generation and dissemination of completion reports to SEP Training Team. Project Management Manage e-learning projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Communicate regularly with SEP Manager, SEP instructors and project stakeholders by providing updates and addressing any issues. Maintain organized documentation and records of all course development activities.
