• Communicate with all Project Managers and Project staff for site works • Planning and scheduling of projects • Manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule • To ensure clients' requirements are met • To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors • Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge • To plan and coordinate between clients, main contractors, colleagues, sub-contractors and vendors to schedule and sequence of work • To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment • Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow • To update as-built drawing according to individual services • To understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement • To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks • To carry work with good safe practice • To prepare submission of material and drawing • To prepare for shop drawing • To prepare all calculation for each trade • Prepare for Operational Maintenance Manual • Carry out testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement • To prepare variation report • Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
