• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks on ACMV system including BMS, chilled water system, DX system, FCU, AHU and mechanical ventilation system. • Oversee and supervise a team of technicians in daily ACMV maintenance for the building. • To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance. • Attend To defects, complaints and requests promptly. Investigate and determine, if any, of the root cause of the faults and report. • Perform day To day inspection and logging of all facility systems • Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance and breakdown function • Capable of installing new systems, duct work and testing of ACMV systems will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills • Organized, responsible, good team players and initiative with positive work attitude • Able to work independently • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and do overtime if necessary
