Communications Develop, execute and optimise NTUC-U Care Fund’s communication platforms to drive community engagement and fundraising efforts to support the sustenance and growth of NTUC U Care programmes Develop, plan and manage creative concepts for content marketing, social media channels, website and prepare online newsletters and organise their distribution through various channels Marketing and Fundraising Identify and cultivate relationships with current donors and other potential funding sources to secure financial support for NTUC U Care assistance programmes. Lead, manage and execute fundraising initiatives and engagement plan to encourage sustainable giving among the masses Programmes Management Design, execute and administer NTUC U Care assistance programmes. Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria of NTUC U Care assistance programmes and oversees annual auditing.
Degree with at least 1 year of relevant field experience in the below areas will be an advantage: Mass communications, Managing and working with agencies, Working on digital and social media campaigns, Events management Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects design software Good understanding of the workings of all primary social media platforms Possess strong written and spoken communication skills, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Good team player who is able to support the team members in achieving organisation goals and project timelines Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
