Develop and articulate the product roadmap and strategy for the product areas assigned Understand the needs of members and unions and align with product, design, technology/ engineering, business and solutions delivery teams to drive product features from concept to launch Lead product development with cross functional members Establish deep understanding of NTUC’s digital blueprint and technical architecture to conceptualize and develop new digital products and solutions Synthesize information across the user feedback, partners and product metrics to drive product decisions Conduct market research, generate product requirements and determine specifications Be data driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver the most impactful business results. Use this quantitative and qualitative data to create a product roadmap and work closely with stakeholders and engineering team to deliver new products and feature enhancements. Translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Manage products from concept to launch delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges. Create simple and intuitive product experiences. Collaborate with IT throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver highest quality product requirements.
