Develop and manage marketing materials (collaterals) to effectively communicate product value to the Migrant Community Collaborate with external partners to manage and optimize recruitment touchpoints for Membership Services. Strategize to maximize recruitment efforts through partnerships, ensuring impactful engagement at various recruitment channels. Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Generate membership reports and statistics Support the administrative duties (procurement, correspondence, filing, records safekeeping; digitalization of records, etc) Any other adhoc project/tasks as assigned
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred Strong understanding of data analysis to drive marketing efforts. Graphic design skills are preferred to enhance visual presentation of marketing materials Ability to converse and write in one of the migrant workers’ native languages will be a plus Customer-service oriented and enjoys meeting people Independent, self-motivated, with a desire to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Able to work on weekends and after office hours
