Conceptualise and drive different mentorship programmes and initiatives aimed at elevating mindshare and increasing Young NTUC membership among youths. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders such as Unions, UPME, UFSE and USME and external partners such as Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and other Government-related organizations. Support the outreach and engagements team who would implement the programmes, initiatives with partners. Manage day-to-day activities associated with Young NTUC initiatives, including engagement and relationship building, programmes management, budgeting and outcomes tracking and measurement. Manage any other duties as assigned in relation to programmes and partnerships, including internal partnerships within the NTUC ecosystem and external partnerships with Government-related organizations.
Degree holder in any discipline. At least 3-6 years' work experience Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines. Have excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills Able to work on some weekday evenings and Saturdays. Good understanding of the dynamics and challenges of youth (IHL youths and first jobbers specifically) sector.
