Conceptualize and design youth-centric leadership development programmes and activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Unions, UPME, USME, UFSE, OTCi, nEbO, and external partners like Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). The goal is to identify potential leaders and further nurture the development of young leaders. Manage flagship youth leadership platforms, creating a central hub for initiatives focused on youth-centric leadership development. Manage day-to-day activities associated with the leadership programmes and activities including engagement and relationship building, programmes co-ordination, providing secretariat support for meetings, budgeting and outcomes tracking and measurement.
Degree holder in any discipline. At least 3-6 years' work experience Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines. Have excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills Able to work on some weekday evenings and Saturdays. Prior experience in courseware development, adult learning methodologies will be advantageous
