Customer service and customer care functions. Coordinate outreach and engagement of self-employed persons. It requires involvement in conceptualisation, planning and execution of activities to promote and market the membership proposition; including but not limited to outreach events, multistakeholder events, engagement sessions, membership recruitment roadshows etc. Handle administrative functions for events and programmes, membership management and reporting, management of associations’ leadership training and development, and processing of assistance schemes when required. Support initiatives to build mindshare as well as to market U FSE and associations’ programmes, national-level initiatives for SEPs/freelancers at the NTUC level.

Job Requirements

Empathetic and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members and when attending to queries through emails, phone calls or other channels. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable to support social media content management. Knowledge in data management and analysis will be added advantage. Strong in administration and well-organised in planning and execution of projects. Committed and meticulous, able to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and confident of delivering high quality work under tight timeline. A team-player with a positive personality, who enjoys interacting with people and able to work independently. Is open to non-office work environment as well as occasional work on weekends and weekday nights. Familiarity with marketing and brand management is a bonus
