Enhance NTUC’s PMEs ecosystem To build, cultivate and nurture working relationships with assigned stakeholders To outreach to existing and potential stakeholders to upsell LM programmes and union membership. To jointly plan, develop, execute events and initiatives with associations to help the PMEs stay relevant and employable within and across sectors. To support such events and initiatives with membership recruitment opportunities, marketing outreach, and communications as required. Develop and track data collected through opinion polls, questionnaires, and surveys. Gather regular feedback from the ground, synthesize information, and develop partnership programmes to align associations’ and Labour Movement’s goals. Track programs, budgeting and monitor attainment of objectives.  Keep abreast of industry updates, government policies and macro-economic trends Processing of membership application and ensuring that all necessary information is provided. Align: Mutual Value Creation To bridge relationships between assigned associations and other LM limbs, in particular relevant unions  To identify opportunities for Union-UA alliances, and propose and execute activation programmes and initiatives under the alliance.  To identify and nurture associations with potential to be affiliated to NTUC or the unions. To create value for PMEs to join LM’s ecosystem.
