Job Description Report to Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead Perform operations in SAP such as movement of parts/components Receive, check and mark parts/components before batching into warehouse Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse Issue and pick parts/components upon request Pack selected parts/components Maintain SAP inventory plant and stock level of components Prepare documents and coordinates with freight forwarders on cargo arrangement Conduct annual stocktake Manage documentation processes, including filing and uploading documents into folders Perform other related warehousing or Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead
Higher Nitec/Polytechnic in International Logistics or equivalent Able to work both independently and in a team Able to work in a fast-paced working environment Strong sense of responsibility with initiative Positive work attitude, reliability and diligent Proficient in SAP knowledge – advantage
