Aircraft Component Reliability Engineer

Job Detail

Analyse on-wing reliability of aircraft components, detect abnormal component removals. Provide removal forecast and expected repair cost. Communicate with aircraft and component manufacturers and repair shops to investigate abnormal component damage. Familiarize with aircraft and component maintenance and troubleshooting manuals, review and advise recommendations for service bulletin modifications. Conduct periodic fleet reliability review with airline customers. Manage component configurations for the in-house component management system. Execute digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
