Job Responsibilities: - Design, install, implement, migrate, support and troubleshoot Servers & enterprise tools. - Software patching for servers. - Administer OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting. - Handle maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts. - Software Package creation and deployment testing. - Participate in tender for maintenance costing & quotation. - Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain operational efficiency.
Job Requirements: - Possess certifications such as Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, MCSE, Storage, VMWare, Red Hat and ITIL, Cloud certifications. - Experience in Operating Systems like Microsoft / UNIX / LINUX / Red Hat. - Experience in IT Security and SSO tools such as CyberArk & Centrify. - Experience in the areas of systems, storage hardware, storage management software and storage networking including disaster recovery. - Knowledge of Microsoft/Linux servers, VMWare, Redhat, Nutanix, monitoring and patching tools, Databases, Storage etc. - Knowledge in cloud environment, migrations. - Knowledge in backup and restore during failures. - Knowledge in tools & technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Operation System Imaging, Software Management Tools & Packaging, etc. - Knowledge of registry, permissions, drivers and software required. - Understanding of WAN / LAN concepts and the TCP/IP protocol stack. - Willing to be on 24 x 7 Standby duty when required.
