System Design and Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks. Implement system security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software. Partner Collaboration and Project Delivery: Collaborate with external partners to integrate their solutions with our systems. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT/Cyber services. Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to clients, ensuring all requirements and timelines are met. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients. Design and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN. Ensure network security through appropriate configurations and monitoring. Manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies. Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups. Perform system restores as needed. Collaboration and Support: Work with cross-functional teams to understand and support their IT requirements. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes. Research and Development: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements. Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.
