•Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects from requirement, data scoping, modelling to production (model deployment and monitoring). •Manage and optimise processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables. •Propose, implement and validate algorithms ensuring functional and non-functional requirements such as transparency, fairness, scalability, security, integration complexity and operational cost. •Lead small-scale projects on his/her own with supervision. •Lead the architecture discussions with technical and business teams •Communicate results and business impacts of insightful initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company. •Manage a team of analytics professionals to help with analytics projects and initiatives. •Extract and interpret business centric learnings and apply advanced storytelling techniques to draw key insights from data and facilitate decision making
•At least 7 years of working experience in SQL, R or Python programming with the ability to conduct quality checks of teams’ work and when necessary write code to perform analysis •Working knowledge of machine learning and data mining principles: Predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources. •Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes. •Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. •Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously. •High comfort level with assignment prioritization changes. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must; the individual must be able to demonstrate they can present and explain complex concepts to the typical business users. •A client-centric, outcome driven and quality focused team player. •Knowledge of complete stack of data & analytics solution from data acquisition, ingestion to publishing and visualization •Knowledge of advanced analytics technology/platform, e.g., ML/AI, data science
