Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials. Prepare raw materials for the next meal. Ensure all the ingredients are in accordance with approved recipe and cooking of meals according to recipes. Conduct sensory and evaluation. Recording of cooked food temperatures in the 7 in 1 file Hot & Cold equipments. Provide quality service during serving. Collect food sample. Wash the Kwali. Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly.
