To cover design aspects for systems such as Radars, Navigation Comms, Integrated Comms, Integrated Combat Systems and Layout designs Work with other trades on integration design between Platform and Systems To prepare the General Arrangement Plan (GAP) Preparation of tender proposal and technical specifications for tender submission Establish Major Equipment Specifications and Selections To check and ensure equipment specification, technical information, functional description document, installation control document and interface design specification are correct and properly maintained, disseminate and use for the preparation of design work activities Planning and control of Basic design document schedule to support project milestone To develop of new designs and design concepts; To source for new design tools; To provide specialist technical assessment and analysis other in-house departments and external parties
Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 8 years of relevant experience in Marine related projects on Navigation Communications Systems and Radars (Fire Contol & Surveillance) will be advantageous Possess both project management and man management experience Ability to manage external and internal stakeholders will be critical for this role
