The Contracts Admin Executive (Tendering) is responsible for managing the full tender process, from identifying opportunities to contract award. This includes preparing and submitting proposals, ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements, and drafting or reviewing contract terms. The role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, manages contractual risks, maintains accurate records, and prepares reports. It also focuses on improving tender processes and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, tendering, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
