- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Game Design, or a related field. - Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in game development. - Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max. - Strong understanding of the principles of animation, including timing, weight, and dynamics. - Experience in character rigging and skinning. Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine, particularly animation pipelines. - Ability to interpret and execute on a creative vision while adhering to technical constraints. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team. - A portfolio demonstrating relevant animation work, including character and environment animations.
