PO Registration (Sales Contract/Loan Contract) into company platform. In charge to collect all PO relate data and review material Check all information of PO item to be matched with Customer PO, CBOQ, PROMs To follow up CCFM to handle product lifecycle, re-check all data and submit to review and support follow to completed review Support Pre-Sales Contract relevant works and processes Customer Loan Test Contract and loan to sales contracts works. Solution & Product Sales - Contract Management (OTC) Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations, ensure signed contracts registered in system and archived properly. Handle on-going contract issues and change management, recommend changes and best practices.
Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in finance or sales management. Exposure in IT-related or telecommunication industry and litigious matters will be an advantage Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and to meet critical deadlines during tender period Able to work well both independently as well as working collaboratively as part of a team
