C&A Structural Lead

-Performs risk-based follow-up of Contractor(s) to ensure deliveries in line with scope of work, budget and schedule. -Provides Contractor(s) with input, clarifications and maintain contact as necessary. -Liaises with engineering & procurement department to ensure upstream deliverables are aligned. Contributes to planning and execution of C&A activities. Ensures QHSE performance of Contractor(s) is maintained with continuous improvement. Ensures necessary communication with interfacing disciplines and contribute to resolving interface issues in a timely manner. Withins own discipline, drive engineering efficiency, secure safety in design, design-to-cost and constructability. -Supports construction field engineers and take responsibility for decisions within own discipline within set timeframes, e.g. interdisciplinary input, handling of queries (TQ/SQ/CQ). -Interacts with Contractor(s) and client to bridge any communication gaps. -Ensures experience transfer between projects, operations and discipline network.
