The objective of the position is to assist the Senior Infrastructure Manager to set up and maintain the system and network infrastructure of the company. • Setup, install and maintain the hardware and software of the company • Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance • Maintain hardware and software inventory • Troubleshooting and solve any IT related problem • Support the network, systems and applications • Provide daily support to end users and perform Helpdesk function if needed
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline • Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical support • Hands-on experience of TCP / IP, network troubleshooting and networking equipment such as firewalls and switches • Strong knowledge in Windows Server configuration, Active Directory • Strong troubleshooting skills with PC / Server (both software / hardware) • Knowledge in Linux, MECM, NetBackup • Experience in scripting is a plus but not compulsory • Good command of written and spoken English • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Willing to learn and self motivated
