The objective of the position is to: • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support and ensuring business operations runs smoothly. • Manage priorities and support critical initiatives • Analyse internal and external data, to support and recommend new ideas and solutions to executive leadership in decision making and problem solving • Draft presentations, reports, briefing materials; translation and work on confidential documents in three languages (English, German and Chinese) • Coordinate and liaise with both internal (both regionally and globally) and external parties • Plan and organize meetings and other events from the executive office • Be able to maintain sensitive and confidential information • Monitor effectiveness of current procedure of the department, streamline to improve efficiency and productivity to meet actual business needs • Monitor and make sure the above activities are performed according to company guidelines • Act as thought planner, proactively proposing improvements and new ideas • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to our executive leader by managing/ maintaining up-to-date schedules of appointments, business functions and travel arrangement • Manage and support projects and duties as assigned
