Job Detail

1. Meetings with landlord (negotiation of T&C). 2. Projection and analyses of outlets. 3. Project Planning. (Layout plan, coordination, timeline etc). 4. Menu planning, R&D & costing. 5. To select and purchase appropriate equipment/appliances for all outlets. 6. Consolidation of all documents from Landlord and HQ. 7. Maintenance for all outlets. 8. To update, maintain and implement better SOPs and work flow. 9. Sales report (Daily sms of outlets, weekly sales update and sales analysis). 10. Daily report of all staff status attendance, mc and leave including supervisors. 11. To monitor staff discipline and image. 12. To ensure all costings and overheads are consistent with the budget. 13. Weekly QC analysis for all outlets. 14. Conduct weekly OPS meeting. 15. Salary analysis (End of month). 16. Yearly budgeting (All GJ outlets). 17. Brainstorming of up selling & promotion plans. 18. Follow up on all advertising and promotion plans. 19. Customer’s service and handling of complains. 20. Assist HR in the recruitment & selection of new staff. 21. Training of new staff. 22. Welfare for all staff. 23. Execution of disciplinary action. 24. Entrance and exit interview report. 25. To coordinate with other departments on all operations issues.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years' experience as Assistant Operations Manager/Operations Manager 2. Driving license
