Job Detail

-To prepare ingredients/materials ready for cooking. -Clear and adhere to the cooking procedures for each dish based on SOPs. -Provide excellent service and maintain good customer relations. -To replenish, receive and check stocks. -Check and maintain the quality of prepared and unprepared food and ensure proper storage of these items. -To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the area within and around the outlet. -Adhere to personal hygiene and adhere to Risk Management matters. -Collect accurate payment for orders and tries to increase sales. -Opening and closing of the outlet as and when scheduled, including preparation, washing etc. -To handle any task as assigned by SIC or superiors.
