Job Detail

- Perform check-in and out duties - Handle guests' feedback in a professional manner and according to the Hotel's operational standards - Manage guest requests and enquiries professionally to ensure seamless stay experience - Perform cashiering duties and check all guests bills before presentation to guest upon checking out - Take incoming calls quickly and efficiently to connect to the respective guest or department - Log-in guests’ requests, channel them to the relevant department for action and follow-up on status of job completion - Oversee wake up calls process

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity in Hotel Industry - Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements - Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage
