Job Detail

- Answer all incoming calls quickly and efficiently and connect to the respective guest or department. - Log-in guests’ request, channel them to the relevant department for action and follow-up on status of job completion. - Oversee wake up calls process. - Report on any faculty telephone lines and monitor television channel connection.

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity in Hotel Industry. - Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements. - Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage.
