Work with suppliers to ensure all corrective action requests are obtained and implemented per targets due dates in support of Quality Non-Negotiable. Manage suppliers' performance metrics for the sites i.e. Clinic Metrics, Management. Review CABs, Non-Negotiable, present current status to leadership team and recovery efforts. Support urgent needs/requests from the site, when non-conforming purchased product immediate recovery efforts have been deemed necessary or when efforts have failed to be effective. Support DQR/Source Inspection process by raising supplier concerns to DQR Management of Power & Controls Team for immediate risk mitigation. Support clinic team in review of suspect nonconforming material on purchased product. Consult with suppliers for immediate containment when non-conformance has been confirmed on purchased product. Support Procurement/Accenture with RTV’s and RMA requests when product to be returned to support an investigation. Take the lead in the investigations for any supplier related quality issues. Perform V2 & V1 QN assignments as tasked. Support SRI Process when requests are received from assigned suppliers. Determine if a formal corrective action is required, and if so, which level. Review and approve supplier QIM responses – driving to best mistake proof level as possible, ensuring the solution is robust. Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE
