1. Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models 2. Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission 3. Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric) 4. Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follows BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated 5. Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required 6. Support BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in coordinating with other stakeholders whenever required
1. Experienced in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D 2. Advantageous for candidates with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software
