1. Supervise and lead the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities 2. To manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation 3. To support facility management team in day-to-day operation, conduct due diligence check in facilities condition and verification of routine servicing perform by maintenance contractors is in accordance with specifications 4. Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters 5. Supervise, plan and organise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines 6. Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement 7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
1. Must have experience in managerial role 2. Good communication and stakeholder management skills 3. Confident to make decisions of reasonable quality 4. Proactive in driving new initiatives 5. Able to work and deal sensitively and fairly with people from diverse cultural backgrounds 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite
