1. Responsible for the day-to-day facilities management service to our client 2. Will be part of a team to develop and maintain partnership with the client, main contractors and/or vendors 3. Responsible for the management of facilities services to our client 4. Recommend and implement improvement works at the Client’s premises to meet service standards 5. Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards
1. Experience with building maintenance works including water leakage and building defects 2. Experience in integrated facilities management or commercial properties experience is preferred 3. Good communication and stakeholder management skills 4. Attention to details, takes initiative and has a customer-oriented mindset 5. Conversant in M&E and building maintenance works 6. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 7. Confident to make decisions of reasonable quality 8. Proactive in driving new initiatives
