1. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, assist in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you 2. Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc 3. Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences 4. Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard 5. Have experience in water tank cleaning and annual power shut down (familiar with the steps-by-steps procedure)
1. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 2. Must have valid Fire Safety Manager certification and a practicing FSM 3. Strong in hard FM services such as M&E and able to work independently
