Principal/Senior Landscape Architect

Job Detail

1. To oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape projects throughout the project lifecycle 2. To oversee technical resolution and production of technical drawings 3. To manage design deliverables and construction lifecycle of multiple projects 4. To lead in coordination work with client, consultants and/or contractors for multiple projects 5. To represent the team at all official project meetings for coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed 6. To serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle 7. To manage the project cost that includes manpower cost and resourcing 8. To monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion 9. To review and approve landscape drawings, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards 10. Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements
