Insulation Supervisor

Supervises Insulation works for Piping and Machineries for the project, from installation to completion stage. Attends and conducts daily toolbox briefing, all project safety programs and attend/participate PSCC meeting. Advocates safety practices, intervene and reports all unsafe act. Monitors and verify the quality of insulation installations, making sure they meet project design requirements and are completed on schedule. Prepares daily activities, manpower deployment and daily production inspections. Reports progress on insulation activities to the project lead, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and solutions. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by complying and enforcing Project/Yard Standards and Procedures and HUR. Supervises and coordinate closely with assigned subcontractor their compliance to Project Safety, Quality and Requirements/Specifications. Evaluates site installation to identify issues and opportunities to improve/maximize performance and KPI achieved. Ensures good co-ordination and communication between all stakeholders. Coordinates with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of insulation materials and tools at site. Attends hand over inspection and maintain good co-ordination and communication to all stakeholders. Prepares & follow up signing off of Insulation MCCR, Punch list and matters arising to close up Insulation Systems.
