Job Detail

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works for the building and mechanical services. Operate and monitor through the computerized Maintenance Management System (MMS) Record, arrange and coordinate access to plant rooms, buildings, stations and tunnels for maintenance and A&A works. Manage fault reporting and emergencies in accordance with the Rules and Procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of failure management and emergency response procedures and processes. Co-ordinate and monitor works carried out by the outsourced contractors. Carry out handyman job in rectifying MRT buildings or system defects when need arises.
