Responsibilities and Requirement • Manage storage of finished goods and components safely. Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments and material handling. • Handle documentation for deliveries, goods received, and material handling (Delivery Note, COA, Invoice, packing list, etc.). • Assist with physical stock counts and inventory checks as needed. • Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities. • Support the Manager in supervising the warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient operations, including inventory accuracy, DIFOT, FIFO, and 5S standards. • Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies. • Ensure consistent inventory management and supply. • Help identify hazards and improve warehouse processes. • Ensure compliance with OSHAS, 5S, and ISO safety standards. • Prepare inventory and activity reports as required. • Perform ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed.
