Ensure all operating equipment and needed supplies are clean, sufficient at all times. Follow up on all implemented cleaning schedules are maintained. Transport all waste products as directed. Proper dispose of all refuses from work areas and kitchen areas as scheduled. Ensure compactor room is always kept clean and sanitized. All trash bins in Food and Beverage and bin centre are washed regularly. Proper cleaning standard assigned to all kitchens is maintained.
Physical work required. Applicants must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays. With or without experience are welcomed to apply. Able to understand, speak and write simple English.
