• The Enrolled Nurse (EN) is responsible to provide personalised, and cost-effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices • Carries out treatment and procedures prescribed for residents according to expected standards of practice and guidelines. • Carries out nursing rounds with the RN. • Works closely with RN to prioritise and organise the care of residents to uphold good outcomes through quality care. • Provides guidance, orientation and mentoring of less experienced staff in the delivery of quality care. • Supervises care staff to ensure comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents under his/her care e.g. bath/shower bath, changing of clothes and bedsheets and tidiness of the rooms. • Supervises care staff to check, monitor and record residents’ vital signs, general well-being and behaviour. • Provides nursing care to residents
