Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. - Provide assistance to users in navigating system applications and offer Level 1 technical support via phone or email. - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of user issues and resolutions, generating reports as needed. - Review and streamline administrative and helpdesk processes to improve overall efficiency. - Perform data entry into the SFEMS system. - Assist the Facilities Manager in compiling reports and ensure prompt submission from respective strategic partners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: - ITC or a Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in administrative and helpdesk roles, ideally within a technology-driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with IT systems. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Customer service experience and shift work are required.
